Studying Chemistry

In year one of the AS course, you will complete three modules studying topics which include atomic structure, quantitative chemistry, bonding, periodicity, collision theory, redox reactions, halides, metals and a substantial amount of Organic Chemistry.

Your AS grade will be generated by the aggregation of your results from module 1 and module 2 exams along with the externally marked practical assessment (EMPA) for module 3.
