Studying Sociology

Many people believe that Sociology is the study of social problems, such as drugs, crime and violence.

The reality is that Sociology is much more than this. Whilst sociologists are interested in those who break the rules of society (and we are, as we study crime and deviance), they place more emphasis on the rules themselves.
